Educational Qualification
You must be a Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university. Note that candidates with post-graduate qualifications or those with one year or more of prior work experience are generally not eligible for this specific apprenticeship program.
Age Limit (As on 01 May 2026)
- Minimum Age: 20 Years
- Maximum Age: 28 Years (Age relaxations apply for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD categories as per standard government norms: 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC).
Local Language Proficiency
This is a critical factor. You must be proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding the local language of the State or Union Territory you are applying for. You will need to produce an 8th, 10th, 12th, or Graduation mark sheet showing that you have studied the local language.

Selection Process
